There are strictly no returns on Costumes,Thongs,gstrings,Teddies,Bras,Bikinis,stockings,tights and any other intimate apparel which has got close skin contact. Also excluded from returns are Bubblebaths,creams,lotions and Jewellery for pierced ears and navel Areas.
Also made to order items are excluded from returns for example leather Corsets & any item from Allure Leather, which is especially ordered. So please check your sizing against the size charts provided.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all cancelled orders, except orders which have been sent out by us as a unsuitable substitute for a unavailable item which may occur from time to time, if this is the case the cost of returning the substitute goods will be refunded.
